Refund & Return Policy

This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products or services purchased from SKEYEWATCH may be returned or refunded. Please review the terms below before submitting a request.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, accessories, and components
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important:
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Subscription & Contract Reminder

Returning hardware does not cancel your skEYEvue subscription or any active annual service contract. These services must be canceled separately, in accordance with their individual terms.

Note: Early termination of a contract may result in additional fees.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Activated or used SIM cards
  • Software licenses (downloadable or cloud-based) once delivered or activated
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Any installed or visibly used equipment, including:
    • Cameras
    • Cables
    • mDVRs
    • LCD monitor screens
    • Storage media
    • Mounting hardware

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email whether it has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued within 30 days
  • The 25% restocking fee will be deducted automatically

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing shipping insurance for returns valued over $75.
We are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.
